Why Did We Integrate JobPts with Microsoft Teams

Besides the fact that Microsoft Teams has over 75 million daily active users, here is why we decided to integrate JobPts with Microsoft Teams.

Today, most organizations use many different applications and other digital solutions in the workplace, making it hard for employees to keep up with all of them and learn how to use them. 🏆

On the other hand, internal communications and employee chat solutions are something that most employees use on a daily basis. So why not offering them to show gratitude to their peers without leaving those channels.

Also, many organizations are struggling to launch and manage recognition programs for their non-digital, deskless and blue-collar workers. If they are using Microsoft Teams, however, it is now easy for include them in the recognition programs and enable them to recognize someone from Microsoft Teams on their mobile phones.
