Culture Profiles, the latest innovation in JobPts, a proven R&R solution, empowers companies to identify leading values in every department. Every successful enterprise has strong values that employees can rally behind. The new Culture Profiles help determine how adopted those are in everyday company life between various departments. 

How Culture Profiles work?

Culture Profiles is the latest innovation in JobPts, a cutting-edge employee reward and recognition platform. It provides an aggregated and summarized view of employee’s cultural engagement within the organization on 3 different levels: 

At a Company level, the innovation empowers JobPts users to see which values are trending on a macro-scale of the company and how many rewards are sent with a specific value. In addition, users can see their personal contribution to the value and the number of recognitions they have sent and received.

At a Department level, JobPts users can compare the cultural standing of different departments in the company. Specifically, users can see: 

  • The number of recognitions per department in the last 4 months 
  • The top value received per department (shown as the number of recognitions sent and received, with a defined value) 
  • The top values employees from that department are recognized for 
  • The top receivers from the department  

The department overview also shows a “Top 5” leaderboard with departments that have sent and received the most recognitions in the company.  

At a Team level, users can observe and create dynamic teams, see teams they are a member of and teams created by others. They can see the number of received recognitions, which values best represent them as a team and compare themselves to other teams based on the number of recognitions and values they uphold. Team creators can change the team structure based on specific tasks or project completion.

 

How do Culture Profiles improve culture-building?

However, in large companies, it can be difficult to envision how recognitions connect to the overall culture and what kind of an impact they have. Using Culture Profiles, JobPts customers can now measure and compare culture analytics across all segments of their workforce, from the team level to the level of the entire company.
