What is new in JobPts?

Nudges for end users is a new feature Semos Cloud implemented to its culture and recognition solution JobPts to enhance the employee’s recognition experience.  

The new feature promises increased engagement levels in every recognition program with regular automated or manual reminders that can be set up for individuals or groups of employees. 

Elevate the employee experience with nudges 

The new JobPts feature can be accessed through the Admin Center. To tackle the most common engagement detractor – forgetfulness, new feature allows program managers or HR admins to send out reminder notifications to all employees or to those who haven’t acknowledged a colleague in a certain amount of time (e.g., 1, 5, 10, 30 days), encouraging a culture of gratitude. 

The reminder message will be delivered to employees via the JobPts Microsoft Teams application, and with the application chatbot feature, they can identify and recognize a coworker right away.  

Nudges are great way to strategically engage employees during busy periods of the year or your company’s appreciation days without unduly interfering with their productivity and saving time, adapting to the omnichannel future of work 

The Microsoft Teams integration features a Chatbot Knowledge Base where managers or admins (depending on user permissions) can map chatbot queries and responses.  The Admin Center’s Reminder History section provides an overview of all sent reminders where managers can review the successful reminder notification deliveries.
