The latest innovation feature to JobPts is an on-demand, AI-powered chatbot simulating a conversation and helping employees appreciate each other via the Microsoft Teams chat. The chatbot fulfills a twofold function; it provides a new channel for employees to engage in their workplaces and recognize their colleagues. It also empowers employees with quicker access to the Culture and Appreciation module JobPts without exiting Microsoft Teams, making the recognition process faster and more accessible. 

The chatbot is conveniently available as an app directly in Microsoft Teams. The person wishing to recognize a colleague simply clicks on the chatbot icon. The chatbot takes it from there, making the recognition process extremely user-friendly and time-efficient. Likewise, the chatbot notifies the person receiving the praise in the Microsoft Teams chat. The whole process of recognition via the chatbot is discreet yet helpful, motivating and promoting healthy interactions between colleagues.   

This new conversational chatbot feature reaches out to deskless and desktop workers alike. Employees who work in remote locations and only use Microsoft teams on their phones will be glad to know they are included.
