To support our continuous growth, we are looking to add an experienced HR professional that will contribute in our growth.

About the role

In this role you will provide assistance and support of all sales activities of the company while working with new and existing clients. Top skills are presentations, knowledge of the HR tech space, ability to understand the requirements coming from the customer and translating those into actionable deliverables.

The role accelerates new business growth through demonstration, problem solving, and articulation of our key advantages and solution offerings. This role bridges the gap between our technology and our clients’ challenges in order to develop, customize, present, and sell our leading solutions. This position is charged with developing a thorough understanding of our prospects and customers’ business needs and effectively communicating and translating those into solutions which align to Semos Cloud’s offering all while serving as a business liaison between the different departments of our company

The right candidate will have a strong problem-solving skill, superior written, verbal communication, including the ability to present technical solutions. A top performer will thoroughly understand both our clients’ problems and our technology for customer value and help our sales organization reach targets.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Evangelize the subject in which Semos Cloud provides solutions for the market
  • Research new trends in HR tech and in employee experience and serve as a business analyst for the company
  • Support the sales team in selling efforts while fostering strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Customize demonstrations, workshops and events in support of client or sales activities
  • Support marketing and sales events as planned
  • Demonstrate passion for working with others (both internal and external)
  • Assist and provide Product Managers with feedback from clients and prospects about product requirements and big ideas to help continue product innovation and promote sales efforts for company growth.

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR role (Total Rewards, Recognition & Rewards, Benefits, Employee Experience) or solution architect role with an HR Tech software firm
  • Native English (US / UK) speaker
  • Experience creating business case plans, communication and change management plans, POC documents, SOW documents and presentations, Working with mockup tools such as In-Vision
  • Experience working and supporting a sales organization within a technical or consultative role

 

Skills:

  • English language proficiency on a “mother tongue” level, additional languages would be a bonus (German / Spanish / French).
  • Accountability, Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred and PowerPoint/Keynote skills
