Our team is ready to scale dramatically & we are looking for a passionate Account Manager who gets fired up to:

  • Compose and deliver superb sales presentations covering Semos Cloud and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate Semos Cloud, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences, which include senior client executives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and keep prospects engaged, by conducting collaborative communication and nurturing the relationship with appointed representatives from the prospective customer’s organization.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations in support of the sales cycle. Personalize materials as to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing, and compelling customer presentation.
  • In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer, to build relationship and understand their unique needs.
  • Ensure that everything which had been discussed during the Sales presentation is duly delivered to the client & cooperate with the product owners to design a tailored demo for delivering top-notch sales presentations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Semos Cloud solutions and appropriate HR industries, to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
  • Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
  • Provide limited post-sale support to key customers primarily to the project/implementation team, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
  • Support the Design Thinking workshops, to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Account Management experience with SaaS products.
  • Relevant software development experience, or commercial/sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process, cycle, and supporting methodologies in a business setting.
  • Superb English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A smart negotiator, and a strong team player.
  • Energetic, motivated and result driven. Friendly with strong orientation towards customer success.
  • Disciplined, organized and detail oriented, with a sharp business sense.
  • Able to think both conceptually and strategically when faced with a challenge.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work without a tactical oversight.
  • Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions.

Location: Skopje, Zagreb or International

Working Hours: 9:00h – 17:00h (*per need, meet with US based clients after 17h)
