Our team is ready to scale dramatically & we are looking for a passionate Partnerships Manager who gets fired up to:

  • Identify, establish, and cultivate agreements and strategic relationships with strategic alliance partners (SAP, Oracle…), current and potential technology partners (cloud platforms, ISVs) and large enterprise platform companies (SAP, Oracle, Workday…).
  • Build synergies with experience and productivity platforms like Microsoft, LinkedIn, Slack, Facebook for Work, etc.
  • Develop new alliances for resell opportunities with SIs (system integrators) like Accenture, Deloitte, NTT Data, TCS, etc.
  • Work with ISVs and startups for new value-adding relationships, conceptual work, and co-innovations.
  • Design, develop and execute engagement plans with alliance partner key stakeholder while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Develop (and act on) collaboration plans for key partners, develop product adoption and customer success plans.
  • Manage external contacts, expectations and be the key Semos Cloud Ambassador for our partner relationships
  • Understand the relative strength of competitors within strategic partners, if any.
  • Manage each stage of the alliance lifecycle and monitor the ROl and risk for both partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with partners.
  • Identify potential acquisition partnerships, conducting due diligence and executing on integration strategies
  • Excessive level expertise with Semos Cloud products and the partners technology
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Semos Cloud.

What you will need: 

  • 3+ years of sales management and/or international business development experience in the technology/cloud services industry, preferably in the HR space.
  • Demonstrated repeated success leading partner/client engagement plans to fruitful executions, consistently exceeding KPI metrics.
  • Proven experience of building long-term, international, strategic relationships, preferably within the HR or SaaS B2B domain.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
  • Significant experience with executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate executive meetings.

Location: Skopje, Zagreb or International

Working Hours: Flexible from 8:00-9:00 CET + 8 working hours inclusive of lunch break (*per need, attend meetings with US based clients after 17h)
