Our team is ready to scale dramatically & we are looking for a passionate Presales Specialist who gets fired up to:

  • Configure and deliver deeply compelling presentations to customers and prospects, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of the Semos Cloud platform
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations in support of the sales cycle.
  • Investigate, discover, and assess customer pain points; map customer business and technical requirements to Semos Cloud capabilities
  • Well-rounded understanding of business, partners, strategies, and customer’s needs. Articulate the value and competitive differentiation of our Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and technical acumen in recommending our products.
  • Provide deal execution and customer proposal support by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), customer’s requirements and procurement requests.
  • Analyze customers’ needs and: connect with appropriate people/team, organize product setup, free trials, provide ops support, enable changes, collect data, submit reports, conduct KPIs analytics.
  • Partner with Sales Teams to develop winning account strategies, helping team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Closely cooperate with the product team to share product feedback, and future requirements/enhancements.
  • Proactively engage with the Engineering team in continuous knowledge sharing and subject-matter growth.
  • Contribute to Semos Cloud’s knowledge base including researching competitors, drafting knowledge base articles, helping create services agreements and more.

What you will need: 

  • Ba or Ma in Business, Management, HR, Engineering, or other related discipline.
  • Min 3+ years’ relevant Presales experience, in SaaS B2B.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process, cycle, and supporting methodologies in an enterprise setting.
  • C-level presentation expertise, especially for large enterprises, with over 5,000 employees.
  • Technical acumen of the contemporary HR tech market and trends.
  • Strategic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Storytelling skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with discipline, focus and collaboration with remote teams.
  • Ability to set deadlines, manage and prioritizing time when supporting a high workload across multiple sales opportunities with a can-do, will-do attitude, and flexibility in working hours, to meet sales opportunity and RFx deadlines.

Location: Skopje, Zagreb or International

Working Hours: 2 flexible hours, any time in the day, at one’s own convenience and 6 core hours, fixed for everyone 09:00 – 15:00 *per need, attend meetings with US based clients after 17h

Focus: Presales activities 60%, Customer-facing activities 40%
