The Product Marketing Manager communicates Semos Cloud’s business value internally and externally (e.g. target buyers, customers, analysts, and media) to position our products as a trusted solution. Responsible for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to support sales and outbound messaging with analysts, press, and prospects. Also facilitates market feedback as key inputs into the Semos Cloud product roadmap.

Major responsibilities

  • Manage, build, and lead an effective Marketing team by coaching and developing existing members and closing gaps where needed through hiring or outsourcing.
  • Establish understanding for our target market’s challenges and the value of solving those challenges, be the voice of the market internally.
  • Product knowledge – develop and maintain in-depth Semos Cloud’s products and competitive knowledge.
  • Build content and messaging (use cases) that engages prospects who are looking for solutions to specific challenges they face.
  • Drive GTM initiatives including marketing and sales enablement with positioning, messaging, content, collateral, customer briefings and external presentations.
  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, persona, segmentation analysis, customer interviews and internal business metrics.
  • Analyze market size and potential competition; be the expert on our competition – understanding their strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats.
  • Partners with the Product teams on vision, roadmaps, and new features to improve our differentiation, based on market demand, competitive intelligence, sales and customer feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch products, create sales tools and collaterals, and drive growth
  • Supports campaigns, content, and other marketing teams with content, webinars, presentations, and strategic input.
  • Actively engage with the sales process by understanding customer’s pain points and values to use them to fuel our messaging, know the buyers journey end-to-end, assist sales on key deals.
  • Provide expert support during analyst briefings (and other sessions) through product demonstration and presentations.
  • Working closely with our demand generation, content, sales, product  and customer success to drive market share leadership and retention. 

Requirements

  • Min 5+ years of B2B SaaS and writing experience, preferably in the HR technology space.
  • Professional Business English both written and spoken
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, effective in both formal and informal settings.
  • Experienced in corporate communications
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, flexible, and goal-driven.
  • Creative flair, yet detail and process oriented. Can integrate out-of-the-box thinking with structural approach.
  • Superb Project Management skills
  • BA or MA Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline.

  • Manage value-added partners, resellers (SAP, Oracle)

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing
  • Find websites for lead generation campaigns, ability to target very specific audience.
  • Identify new campaigns, send inquiries, engage with stakeholders
  • Create ppt presentations for our products (product overview, sales enablement materials, etc)
  • Create Newsletters, Social Media, Product pages for LinkedIn, Review sites,
  • HubSpot experience (landing pages, CTA, creating workflows, sales and marketing, building lists, automation, newsletter, SM)
  • Basic design and video skills

Location: Skopje, Zagreb or International (remote until further notice)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 CET
*Flexible in agreement with CRO, upon completion of onboarding period
*Might occasionally attend meetings with US based clients/partners after 17:00h
