To support our continuous growth, we are looking to add an experienced Sales Development Representative that will contribute in our growth and market expansion

About the role

Semos Cloud is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is tenacious, self-motivated and unwilling to settle for mediocre results to join our Customer Success team and be part of our growth. 

In this critical role, you will actively engage our enterprise customer prospects. You will, additionally, have the opportunity to develop outbound campaigns and qualify incoming leads. 

This person will be a key driver of success within our growing business team. Thus, the ideal candidate has previous experience developing leads and meeting sales goals. A top SDR is able to use their communication skills to develop strong relationships with our customers from first contact. 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Seeking new business opportunities from a set of inbound leads and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Presenting our company’s value proposition to potential clients
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Arranging meetings/calls between (prospective) clients and our Senior Sales Executives
  • Leveraging CRM tools to prospect into specific markets and verticals
  • Providing accurate reporting and feedback to Management on all inbound leads and inquiries
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product road map

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management in a Low-Touch software company 
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers 
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented 
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships 
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals

Skills: 

  • Native English (US / UK) speaker
  • Accountability, Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred and PowerPoint/Keynote skills 
  • Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
