Yes, the platform is beautiful, easy to use and very modern. Still, the real reason I have loved transitioning our organization to JobPts is the customer service and support we receive from the Customer Success team. A fantastic experience over all.

The tool is very simple and user friendly to use. People can redeem their rewards through various ways. It provides the user with the option to select products from a variety of vendors, or to redeem their rewards as gift cards, or cash. It's a very self intuitive tool to use.

I love that this software is very easy to use and drives a culture of appreciation across the Company. Also, the Product Support Team is always available to follow up any questions or issues in my gift orders. It is also great that is a Global Tool.

Its a great application that has fast become a standard way of appreciating people at work, we have seen an uptick in people using it and the motivation and satisfaction levels are high when people receive their points, a really great and useful app.

The UI and UX is very intuitive and easy. I appreciate the gamification portion where it encourages me to appreciate colleagues to increase my rank. I can also see where I sit amongst my peers and organization.In addition, I like being able to see a feed of appreciations being sent out, it further encourages people to appreciate each other. The process of selecting an award is very easy as well.

I like how easy it is to send an appreciation / recognition to my peers. Somehow I know it is a great way to motivate them to even do their work better!It is so easy to convert points from received rewards as well which is an equally good way to motivate me.
