A Global Week of People and Culture Intelligence: Paris, Dubai, and London

Author: Kristina Mishevska Last updated: October 26, 2025 Reading time: 8 minutes

The week of October 20–25, 2025, marked a significant milestone for Semos Cloud and the global HR technology community. Across three major events, UNLEASH World in Paris, HRSE Dubai, and the SAP NOW AI Tour UK in London, our teams met with business and HR leaders from around the world to discuss how intelligence, culture, and technology can work together to transform organizations.

Every conversation across these cities carried a consistent message. True transformation is not achieved by technology alone but by people who know how to connect technology to culture and purpose. In an era where artificial intelligence is reshaping every aspect of the workplace, the organizations that will lead the future are those that align innovation with humanity.

Semos Cloud’s presence at these events reinforced its role as a global leader in People and Culture Intelligence, helping enterprises connect recognition, feedback, communication, and rewards into a unified system that creates a measurable business impact.

Paris: UNLEASH World 2025 – Turning Insight into Impact

Our journey began in Paris at UNLEASH World 2025, Europe’s largest and most influential HR technology event. Thousands of executives, innovators, and thought leaders gathered to explore how AI and data are redefining work and performance.

For Semos Cloud, UNLEASH was a moment to exchange ideas, share our progress, and listen to the real challenges faced by global enterprises as they modernize their people strategies.

Leadership Perspectives

Our CEO, Filip Misovski, reflected on the most meaningful takeaways of the week.

The best insights came from conversations that happened between sessions. From discussions with Thomas Otter about data readiness for AI agents, to hearing Gina speak about skills and values in large organizations, every exchange provided clarity on what the next generation of People and Culture Intelligence must deliver.

Filip’s reflections captured a broader theme throughout UNLEASH: while the potential of AI in HR is enormous, its effectiveness still depends on how well companies manage their data, ethics, and culture.

From customer stories, sessions, and informal conversations, one truth stood out. Technology is not the differentiator; the differentiator is how intelligently and responsibly it is applied to real human needs.

Ecosystem Collaboration

At booth PB C1, the Semos Cloud team met with HR, IT, and transformation leaders to demonstrate how AI-powered recognition, Total Rewards automation, and Feedback Intelligence create value by making engagement part of daily work.

Ilija Kiroski, Head of Partnerships, summarized it clearly:

This was an ecosystem in motion. Together with SAP SuccessFactors, regional partners, and our innovation allies, we demonstrated that recognition and rewards are not side programs. They are the core mechanisms that shape culture and performance.

In addition to the sessions, the Semos Cloud team took part in several networking events and organized an Evening Networking Drinks at Mama Shelter Paris West, co-hosted with our partner EX3. These gatherings allowed us to exchange ideas with founders, investors, and practitioners who are building the next generation of people’s technology.

Culture and Strategy in Focus

The conversations in Paris were not only about technology but also about leadership and culture. One of the most talked-about moments came from Sharon Doherty, who asked, “Why don’t culture and strategy eat breakfast together?” Her words reflected a common reality: many organizations still treat culture as an aspiration rather than an operational system.

Semos Cloud’s work with intelligent recognition and Total Rewards directly addresses this challenge by embedding culture-building activities into daily routines. The goal is simple: make culture measurable, actionable, and lived.

The Paris Takeaway

From the optimism of Josh Bersin’s opening keynote to Scott Galloway’s reminder about maintaining human connection in an increasingly digital world, UNLEASH reinforced that the future of HR is both analytical and emotional. It requires equal attention to systems and empathy.

Semos Cloud left Paris with stronger partnerships, new ideas, and a renewed belief that People and Culture Intelligence is not just an innovation opportunity but a business imperative.

Dubai: HRSE 2025 – Total Rewards Transformation in the GCC

From Paris, the focus shifted to Dubai for HRSE 2025, the Middle East’s most influential event for HR, rewards, and organizational transformation. Here, Semos Cloud joined leaders from across the GCC to discuss how technology is reshaping the future of work in one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

Transformation Built on Readiness

At HRSE, the tone was both ambitious and practical. The conversations centered on how organizations can prepare their leadership, processes, and culture for meaningful transformation.

Ivan Trenchev, representing Semos Cloud, summarized one of the main lessons of the event:

Transformation does not begin with technology. It begins with readiness. The most successful organizations are those where CIOs and CTOs move beyond system maintenance to driving real business outcomes.

This principle echoed through sessions led by Dr. Jassim Al Awadhi and Ildi Haraszi, both of whom emphasized that digital transformation succeeds when ownership sits with the organization, not just the vendor. As Ildi said, “Your vendor can deliver a system, but only you can make it succeed.”

Redefining Total Rewards in the GCC

Semos Cloud’s presence at HRSE was centered around one major theme: The Future of Total Rewards. In partnership with Sandrine Bardot of ecap rewards, we continued a regional conversation about fairness, transparency, and personalization in reward strategies.

Mile Prodanov, Head of Sales, noted the regional momentum:

Organizations across the GCC are ready to modernize Total Rewards. They are replacing process-heavy models with experience-driven frameworks that align recognition, benefits, and culture. The goal is to make rewards personal, transparent, and connected to purpose.

This shift is already visible in how leading enterprises in the region approach employee engagement. They are using AI to analyze recognition data, align programs with cultural values, and ensure fairness in global reward distribution.

Celebrating Progress and Leadership

The event concluded with the Future Workplace Awards, honoring organizations that have redefined HR innovation in the region. For Semos Cloud, it was an opportunity to celebrate progress, strengthen partnerships, and reinforce our commitment to supporting the GCC’s evolving HR landscape.

HRSE Dubai confirmed that the region is no longer just adopting global trends. It is shaping them. The GCC’s focus on cultural alignment, transparency, and AI-enabled decision-making positions it at the forefront of modern HR transformation.

London: SAP NOW AI Tour UK – From People Data to Business Impact

The final stop of the week took Semos Cloud to London for the SAP NOW AI Tour UK, an event dedicated to the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise data, and operational excellence.

As a Bronze Sponsor, Semos Cloud joined SAP and the UK business community to demonstrate how AI-powered recognition, feedback, and rewards can help organizations unlock measurable performance outcomes while maintaining a human touch.

Introducing AI Agents for Managers

At Stand 18, our team, Kristijan Manasievski, Angela Aspland, and Saso Srbakov, showcased the newest innovation from semos.ai: AI Agents for Managers

These intelligent agents are designed to help managers recognize employees, give timely feedback, and lead with empathy. They transform complex people data into real-time, context-rich recommendations.

Kristijan described it this way:

We are giving managers the right information at the right moment. They can see who deserves recognition, when feedback matters most, and how to support their teams in meaningful ways. This is leadership made actionable through intelligence.

Integrating People and Performance Data

Saso Srbakov emphasized that conversations throughout the event reflected the growing maturity of enterprise AI adoption. Organizations are moving from experimentation to execution, focusing on how AI can be embedded securely, ethically, and at scale.

Semos Cloud’s partnership with SAP reflects this evolution. Together, the two ecosystems are helping enterprises make intelligent people systems accessible, integrated, and impactful.

Across Continents, One Shared Vision

From Paris to Dubai to London, the common thread was clear. The organizations that will succeed in the future are those that connect human connection with intelligent systems

In Paris, the focus was on the ideas shaping the next decade of work.
In Dubai, it was about readiness, transformation, and fairness in rewards.
In London, the emphasis was on execution, integration, and measurable business impact.

At every stage, Semos Cloud’s role remained consistent: to bridge the gap between people, data, and technology through intelligent, purpose-driven design.

Filip Misovski summarized it best:

AI is transforming the way we work, but our mission has never changed. We are here to make people feel seen, valued, and empowered in every moment that matters.

Final Thoughts: The Human Side of Intelligence

As the global week of events came to a close, one realization stood out above all others. The world of work is changing faster than ever, but progress without connection is not progress at all.

Semos Cloud remains committed to creating systems that use intelligence to strengthen, not replace, the human experience. From AI-powered recognition to advanced feedback intelligence, our mission is to help enterprises build cultures that inspire, connect, and perform.

October 2025 will be remembered as a turning point in how the world thinks about People and Culture Intelligence. It proved that when innovation meets empathy, the workplace of the future becomes not only smarter but also more human.
